Congratulations to the boys in Senior Infants who got a lovely surprise in the post yesterday. They received a certificate to say we are a Gold Incredible Edibles School. We also got a lovely gold rosette.
They have worked really hard on the project tasks all year and we had a bumper harvest! Each boy brought home some spinach, parsley and lettuce last week. The root vegetables are looking great but need a little longer under ground and will be ready to dig up after the Summer!
