Last Friday 5th class were delighted to have Evan Galvin, CEO of EvCore Health & Fitness in to talk to us about the Junior Entrepreneur Project. Evan spoke to us about how he left school when he was 16 to pursue a career as a professional footballer. He earned a professional contract with Burnley and spent three years with the club. During that time he played with and against a number of fantastic players such as Andreas Pereira, Kieran Trippier, Danny Ings and Scott McTominay. He has also played for a number of clubs in the League of Ireland.
Evan is now an Entrepreneur and runs his own gym in Glanmire. The name of the gym is EvCore Health & Fitness and it is located in the Sallybrook Industrial Estate. Evan is very passionate about health and fitness and about making his business work. We learned so much from Evan and we would like to wish Evan all the best in his new business venture and thank his for coming down to speak to us. We really enjoyed his talk about his football career and about being an Entrepreneur.
