Scúlchaint

Scúlchaint is the name we have given to our school Newsletter. Cúlchaint is the irish word for “gossip” and by adding an S at the beginning we feel that we have come up with a rather appropriate title. It is after all just “gossip from our school”.

The very first edition was published for Easter 2008 and since then we have produced seven issues in total. An editorial committee is selected from the boys in 6th class to oversee the content for each issue – under the watchful eye of the teachers of course.
